The 2012 Friends of Adoptive Families (FAF) China Orphanage Service Project is now accepting applications.  Volunteers will be departing the US on Monday, June 25th and return home on Friday, July 6, 2012.   This is a 12 day trip; 3 days longer than the 2011 project.   Our volunteers will service both the Light of Hope Orphange in Zhao Xian & the Living Tree Special Needs Orphange in Yanjiao, China.

MISSION STATEMENT~   Friends of Adoptive Families, a non-profit 501c3 organization comprised volunteers committed to improving the lives of orphaned children around the world.  Priorities include, increased funding to help medically fragile children receive much-needed surgeries and specialized medical care in hopes that it will reduce their wait time for a forever family.  We also want to continue funding in-country service projects, as well as purchasing basic need items such as: diapers, formula, educational materials and playground equipment.

Each year we support various projects & orphanages by raising funds through fundraising events, collecting donations & community contributions. FAF has no paid employees which allows us to contribute 100% of our revenue.
